Ingredients:
3 oz. extra-virgin olive oil
2 yellow onions, peeled, quartered and sliced thin
2 oz. hot mustard
8 vegan brats, diced or sliced
1-15 oz. jar Sauerkraut
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large skillet and add the sliced onions. Halfway through add the sauerkraut, caraway seeds and vegan brats.
- Sauté over low heat until onions are browned, softened and caramelized. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the hot mustard.
