Ingredients:
1 block firm tofu
½ Tbsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp brown rice syrup, agave, or maple syrup (can do stevia)
¼ Tbsp grapeseed oil or coconut oil
Instructions:
- Drain water from tofu. Gently squeeze out additional water from tofu. Slice block into 5-6 equal slices.
- Mix together the cinnamon and brown rice syrup to coat each slice of tofu evenly.
- Heat oil in pan. Sauté tofu until lightly browned on each side. Serve hot, just like French Toast!
