1 dough ball pre-made from Wild Fire, whole wheat
1/3-1/2 cup tomato sauce
¾ cup wild mushroom mix, sliced
¼ cup red onion, sliced
¼-1/2 cup green pepper, sliced
¾ cup vegan mozzarella cheese
Pinch nutritional yeast
Pinch oregano
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 tbsp corn meal
Instructions:
1. Follow directions for the dough ball; take out of the fridge and let sit for 2 hours on the counter.
2. Sprinkle whole wheat flour and corn meal on a smooth, clean counter top to flatten dough out. You can use your hands or a rolling pin. Careful with hands, as the dough may tear. When desired thickness is reached, set aside.
3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the rolled out dough.
4. Finally, add the toppings of green peppers, mushrooms and red onion evenly. Top it off with the vegan cheese and the pinch of oregano and nutritional yeast for extra cheesy flavor.
5. Back at 400 degrees for 15-22 minutes.
6. Cool for 3-5 minutes, then slice and serve!
