Thank you for this! Very interested in what you have to say about the sugar alcohols. Also, could you comment on coconut palm sugar? It's supposed to have a lower glycemic index.

Thanks for the posts on sugar alternatives. Currently my main sugar substitute for baking is agave syrup but I've been reading mixed reviews about the syrup because it is apparently very refined. I would love to read more about agave syrup from your perspective. Thanks!

Also, it seems the latest healthy sugar is coconut palm sugar. I'm wondering if you can comment on this type of sugar as well.
